Professional portraits for your entire team.

Consistent, polished corporate photography for companies, organizations, and professional teams throughout Washington, DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia.

Whether you need to photograph 20 employees or an entire organization, we create an efficient on-location portrait process designed to keep the photography consistent while minimizing disruption to the workday.

One Team. One Consistent Look.

Efficient. Short scheduled sessions with minimal interruption.
‍ ‍Consistent. One lighting, framing, retouching and color standard across the entire team.
‍ ‍Maintainable. New hires can be matched months or years later.

Photographing an entire company is different from photographing one person at a time.

The lighting needs to remain consistent. The posing and framing need to work across dozens of different people. Employees need to move through the session efficiently. And months later, when new people join the company, their photographs need to look like they were part of the original shoot.

That is what we build the process around.

Our corporate portrait sessions are designed for organizations that need professional, repeatable photography for:

  • Company websites

  • Leadership and staff directories

  • LinkedIn and professional profiles

  • Press and media

  • Proposals and presentations

  • Recruiting

  • Annual reports

  • Marketing and communications

Designed Around Your Workday

A large staff shoot should not become a large disruption.

Before the photography day, we work with your team to establish the visual style, background, lighting, scheduling needs, and final usage.

On the day of the shoot, employees can be scheduled into short individual time slots so the photography moves efficiently while still giving each person enough attention to create a strong portrait.

Depending on the project, we can photograph dozens of employees in a single day while maintaining a consistent look across the entire organization.

The process is simple:

1. Establish the look
We determine the lighting, background, crop, and overall style that fits your company.

2. Photograph on location
We bring the studio to your office and create a repeatable setup for your staff.

3. Keep the day moving
Employees arrive at scheduled times, are photographed efficiently, and return to work.

4. Retouch and deliver
Final images are professionally finished and prepared for the ways your company will actually use them.

The Shoot Doesn't End When Someone New Gets Hired

Ongoing Team Updates

One of the biggest challenges with corporate photography happens after the original staff shoot.

Someone misses the photography day.

A new employee starts three weeks later.

Another joins six months after that.

Over time, what began as a consistent company portrait style can slowly become a mixture of different photographers, lighting, backgrounds, crops, and image quality.

We solve that.

After your initial on-location shoot, new hires and absentees can visit our Rockville studio individually or in groups of up to five. We recreate the original lighting, background, framing and finishing so they match the existing team.

We recreate the original lighting, background, framing, and finishing so their portraits match the existing staff photography.

There is no need to wait until you have enough people to justify another full photography day.

Your company can establish a portrait style once and maintain it as the team grows.

The 12 portraits below were photographed over a three-year period for the same organization. As new people joined the team, each portrait was matched to the original photography.

More Than Headshots

Executive & Environmental Portraits

A staff photography day can also be used to create more distinctive portraits of executives, partners, founders, and senior leadership.

These can be photographed throughout the office or workplace and are ideal for:

  • Press and editorial use

  • Speaking engagements

  • Annual reports

  • Leadership profiles

  • Thought leadership

  • Marketing campaigns

  • Corporate communications

We can also photograph leadership groups, departments, workplace imagery, and other corporate photography during the same production.

A Typical Staff Portrait Project

A typical project might include:

Up to 75 employees photographed on location per day
One consistent portrait style
Executive portraits photographed during the same production
Professionally retouched final images
Future employees matched at our studio

The result is not simply a collection of headshots.

It is a photography system your company can continue using.

Corporate Portrait Photography Without the Headache

After years of photographing corporate teams, we understand that the photography itself is only part of the job.

The larger challenge is making the process organized, predictable, and easy for everyone involved.

From the first employee photographed to the new hire who joins a year later, our goal is simple:

Make your people look great.
Keep the photography consistent.
Make the process easy.

20 people or 200. One consistent look. And when someone new joins six months later, we can match it.
