A large staff shoot should not become a large disruption.

Before the photography day, we work with your team to establish the visual style, background, lighting, scheduling needs, and final usage.

On the day of the shoot, employees can be scheduled into short individual time slots so the photography moves efficiently while still giving each person enough attention to create a strong portrait.

Depending on the project, we can photograph dozens of employees in a single day while maintaining a consistent look across the entire organization.

One of the biggest challenges with corporate photography happens after the original staff shoot.

Someone misses the photography day.

A new employee starts three weeks later.

Over time, what began as a consistent company portrait style can slowly become a mixture of different photographers, lighting, backgrounds, crops, and image quality.

After your initial on-location shoot, new hires and absentees can visit our Rockville studio individually or in groups of up to five. We recreate the original lighting, background, framing and finishing so they match the existing team.

FAQ

Typically 50 -75 is a safe bet depending on organization and staff availability. We can help guide the process to keep things fluid.
Minimally a 10×10 space would be fine, we’ve worked with smaller. Anything bigger makes our job easier and allows for more efficient staging and workflow. Often an emptied conference room or similar usually works great. The lighting doesn’t affect us as we create all our own lighting.
That is no problem. Each shoot comes with one automatic “make up” session at our studio where those absentees can come. Additional mini sessions for new hires and such come at modified rates to make it easy and affordable to keep your team looking its best!
Absolutely! We often help design the look for our clients portraits, but we have no problem matching an existing look and keeping that consistent.
Yes, we can have a specific set up for executives. That is no problem.
